If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must report this within 5 days of delivery.

Full name, email, and phone number (for verification)

Clear images of the damage

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, Dryon will provide one of the following options:

Replacement: A new product of the same model will be shipped to you, we will cover the shipping fee.

Refund: If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

- If your claim is approved, you will be required to return the damaged product to us before a replacement or refund can be processed.
⚠️ Claims submitted after 5 days of delivery or without required images cannot be approved.

Please ensure all returned items are securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit.

Returned items must include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging (if applicable). Items missing essential components may be subject to partial refunds or denial of refund.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Dryon is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Process

Refunds (once approved) will be processed within 14 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Dryon does not accept returns for reasons other than items arriving damaged or defective.

Products that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or modifications are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
