退款政策：

  • 如果您改變主意，並希望就預訂商品申請退款，您可於完成預訂後48小時內提出退款申請。

  • 如您因商品延遲而選擇取消預訂，或我們取消您的訂單，您將獲得全額退款，款項會退回至您原本使用的付款方式。

  • 如需申請退款，您可透過電郵聯絡我們並提供您的訂單編號，或經 Instagram 私訊（Inbox） 與我們聯絡。

  • 退款申請獲接納後，我們會於取消訂單後的 14個工作天內處理退款，款項將退回至您原本使用的付款方式。

  • If you change your mind and wish to request a refund on a pre-ordered item, you may request a refund within 48 hours of placing your pre-order.

  • If you choose to cancel your pre-order due to a delay or if we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
