At Dryon, we want to make sure your order gets to you quickly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below.

Shipping Rates

• Free Shipping: Orders over HKD $1,400 qualify for free standard shipping.

• Standard Shipping Fee: Orders under HKD $1,400 will be charged a flat rate of HKD $62.
  
  

Pre-Orders

• Items purchased on Pre-Order are charged at the time of purchase.

• The estimated shipping date is listed on the product page. For example:
   
             "This Pre-Order product is estimated to ship on 20 November 2025."

• You may cancel or change a pre-order within 48 hours of placing it by contacting us via Instagram Inbox or Email.

• After 48 hours, your order will be processed and cannot be changed or canceled.

Shipping & Delivery

• Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes your shipping status and the estimated shipping date.
  
  

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive both:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A shipping notice text message sent to your phone number on file

• Orders typically arrive at your designated address within 3-4 working days after shipment.

• Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to courier availability, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your information is accurate and complete to avoid delays.

• Dryon is not responsible for shipping delays caused by incorrect addresses or courier issues beyond our control.

• You can update your information at any time before your order is shipped by reaching us out on Instagram Inbox or sending an e-mail to us.
