Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

At Dryon, we want to be transparent about how pre-orders work. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.



Pre-Order Terms & Conditions:

By placing a pre-order with Dryon, you agree to the following:

  1. Payment & Order Changes

    • Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase, with shipping estimated on the listed date.

    • You may cancel or change a pre-order within 48 hours of placing your order by contacting us via Instagram Inbox or emailing us.

    • After 48 hours, your order enters production and cannot be changed or canceled.

  2. When We Offer Pre-Orders

    Dryon may list items for pre-order under various scenarios:

    • An item is out of stock but being restocked,

    • A new product is launching,

    • Inventory replenishment is in progress.

    When you place a pre-order, you will be charged at the time of purchase.

     

  3. Estimated Shipping Date

    • Your placing of a pre-order constitutes your express agreement to the charging of your provided payment method at such time.

    • The estimated shipping date is displayed on the product page and in your order confirmation email.

    • Please note this is an estimate, not a guarantee date of delivery or receipt. Dates may shift due to supplier delays, production schedules, or other unforeseen factors.

    • Any changes will be communicated via email or Instagram Message.

    • Please note any future modifications you request to pre-order purchases may result in a later shipping date and/or additional shipping fees at your expense.

  4. Delays & Cancellations

    • Dryon will make every effort to ship your available pre-order inventory as close to the estimated shipment date as possible.

    • If your order is delayed by more than 14 days past the original estimated ship date, you may request a cancellation of the affected item(s) for a refund to your original method of payment by reaching us out on Instagram Inbox or emailing our customer support team.

    • Dryon will provide updates via email as soon as possible regarding your pre-order status. If we are ultimately unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be automatically processed.

    • Dryon also reserves the right to cancel delayed pre-orders (“Discretionary Cancellation”). If this happens, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

  5. Refund Policy

    • If you change your mind and wish to request a refund on a pre-ordered item, you may request a refund within 48 hours of placing your pre-order.

    • If you choose to cancel your pre-order due to a delay or if we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

    • Refund requests can be made by emailing us with your order number or contacting us via Instagram Inbox.

    • Once accepted, refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation and returned to your original payment method.

  6. Customer Responsibility

    • Please ensure your shipping address, billing details, and email address are up to date. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the email provided during checkout is valid and checked regularly for communications regarding pre-order updates and potential delays (including email spam folders).

    • Dryon is not responsible and liable for inaccurate information or information that later becomes undated and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information.

    • You can update your information at any time prior to your item being shipped by reaching us out on Instagram Inbox or sending an e-mail to us.

  7. Modifications of Terms

    • Dryon reserves the right to update or modify these Pre-Order Terms and Conditions at any time.

    • Any updates will be posted on dryonhk.com, and continued use of our site or participation in a pre-order means you accept the updated terms.
